FSR Suggests Updates to Bank Regulations to Reduce Unnecessary, Outdated or Burdensome Regulations

In response to the prudential banking regulators’ requests for feedback under the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act (EGRPRA) on a variety of regulations, including recently implemented Dodd Frank rules, the Financial Services Roundtable (FSR) submitted a letter this week outlining several regulatory reform suggestions that could reduce unnecessary or unduly burdensome regulations.
